SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped via DHL Ground Service unless otherwise specified.  An additional shipping and handling fee may apply for orders shipped through other services or other than ground.  Feel free to contact us for quotes on special shipping services or on higher quantity orders.


REFUND POLICY:
We will, at our option, replace or refund any product received in a damaged or defective condition.  All requests for reparation must be made within 2 weeks from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by documentation supporting the claim. After 2 weeks all sales are final.


RETURN POLICY:
We will accept returns and credit back to the purchaser for an amount equal to the lesser of the purchase price or the current price of the product; we will not refund Shipping & Handling charges.  The purchaser is responsible for any and all shipping costs necessary to return the product.
